Carl Riden -  Founding Partner   Carl has made his home in Flowery Branch, Georgia, on Lake Lanier, with his wife Erika, their two cats Kato and Angelique, and their dog Mandy. They have two daughters, Lynn and Diane. Lynn and her husband Mike live in Pawleys Island, South Carolina, with their daughter Pamela living in nearby Myrtle beach with her husband Nick. Diane and her husband Rick live in Lawrenceville, Georgia, with their youngest son, Justin, while their oldest son Jeremy is in the Navy stationed at Pearl Harbor. Carl and Erika like to spend time hiking in the North Carolina mountains, gardening, and visiting Carls family farm in Bostwick, Georgia. Erika was originally from Switzerland, and she and Carl enjoy making the trip overseas to visit her family.

Tom Reed -  President/Partner   Tom currently lives in Suwanee, Georgia, with his wife Tulay, son Matthew, daughter Megan, and their dog Rosie. Tulay was born in Istanbul, Turkey, and met Tom in Houston, Texas, while she was visiting her sister. Matthew, born in 1998, in Alpharetta, Georgia, has become a real basketball fanatic constantly working to improve his skills. Megan, born in Greenville, South Carolina, in 2000, is growing into the stereo-typical young girl who loves shopping and playing with Rosie. In their free time, Tom and his family enjoy going to the coast to play on the beach and do a little saltwater fishing, or heading up to the mountains for long morning hikes and relaxing picnic lunches.

Jolee Stebbins -  Sales Counselor/Broker   Jolee, her husband Mike, daughters Alisa and Jessica, and their granddaughter Jaeda have made their home in Lawrenceville, Georgia. The Stebbins share their home with their dogs Bama and Chloe and two cats Angel and Bailey. The entire family enjoys gardening, basketball, grilling out, and vacationing at the beach. Jolee, first meeting Carl in 1997 when she started working at Harcrest Home, joined Redmont Homes in the spring of 2009.

Jerry Price -  Construction Supervisor   Jerry and his wife Denise live in Snellville, Georgia, where they raised two daughters. Melanie, the oldest, graduated from Georgia Southern University in 2004, and Allison graduated from the University of West Georgia in 2008. Born and raised in Georgia by his brick mason father, Jerry has earned a solid reputation in the home building industry, having spent over 25 years managing construction sites. Most Saturdays, when he’s not on the job, Jerry can usually be found at the golf course.

Nancy Cunningham -  Administrative Coordinator   Nancy lives in Dacula, Georgia, with her husband Wyatt, youngest son Michael, and two dogs Jewels and Sadie. Their oldest son Trey now lives in West Palm Beach, Florida. He was born in Alamogordo, New Mexico, where Wyatt was stationed in the Air Force. Trey loves to fish and play golf. Michael, born in Lawrenceville, Georgia, loves car racing and car shows. Enjoying the outdoors, Nancy and her family spend as much time as possible on their cruiser at Lake Lanier.

Debbie Ranew -  Sales Administrative Assistant   Debbie is originally from Kentucky and attended the University of Kentucky. She is a devout Kentucky Wildcats fan. She now resides in Lawrenceville, Georgia with her husband Gary. Gary is a true Georgia Bulldogs supporter which makes for a house divided when it comes to college sports. They have two grown children, Steven and Amanda, one grandson, Daysan, who is the apple of his Mimis eye and a wonderful daughter-in-law, Leslie. Debbie and Gary are always on the go, enjoying golfing, camping, gardening and traveling whenever they get the chance.

Griffin Callaway -  Construction Supervisor   Griffin joined Redmont Homes in the fall of 2008. After graduating from Georgia College & State University in December of 2007, with a degree in marketing, Griffin began a career selling construction materials and fasteners. However, having spent a lot of time with his father doing home renovations and various other construction projects, Griffin developed a passion for construction that drove him to a career that allowed him to work with ‘sticks ‘n bricks’. Loving the outdoors, Griffin also enjoys mountain biking, running, all kinds of water sports activities, and grilling out with family and friends.

Jacqueline Talbert -  Interior Designer   Jacqueline is an active Allied Member of ASID, the American Society of Interior Designers. As an interior designer, she has designed and created exteriors and interiors for custom builders, residential and commercial clients throughout the metro area. Jacqueline's designs have been used by multiple builders in their marketing literature and television promotions.
